A newspaper doesn't have to be liked - in fact the former publisher once publically said "when I wake up in the morning I know that at least half my audience will be pi%$ed off that me" (BTW - try to type "PI@#ED" on the comments - part of their problem, LACK OF CONSISTANCY). Sondra, honey...."publically" is correct as per the usage. I know it bothers you that I didn't spell it "publicly", as you've pointed out in the past, but you'd better use that computer for something other than butch porn fantasies.
