I sure hope that more restaurants copy McDains' action! If I was rich, I'd fly to PA just to patronize that restaurant and reward the owner for his bravery!
Here, we routinely ask to be seated away from kids when we go to a restaurant, and I've noticed that more people are doing the same. At the cost of a restaurant meal, the least we can expect is a decent atmosphere in which to enjoy it.

Kinda explains why "someone" has a problem with others that are happy with "another one"....
Although I am against child abuse in principle I believe a properly applied stranglehold would be in order under such circumstances.
