HR4646 - To establish a fee on transactions which would eliminate the national debt and replace the income tax on individuals.
This is the latest screamer issue on the internet. Since when did they become fans of income tax????
While I doubt that such a tax will ever pass, it makes for excellent fodder for the screamers who only read the headlines.
