  What more do you want at this point-- the make, model, and year of the vehicle that struck the guy? The usual newspaper rules are "who, what, when, where". For once, this has everything but "who", and they actually covered that, too, by saying the guy wasn't carrying ID.

  The 6 W's are: Who, What, When, Where, Why, How.
  
  This does not have Who, only an approximate When and Where, no Why, and no How.
  
  We like Newspapers to report the news and are still anxiously awaiting some.

  Did you not read what I said about the "who"? ... they actually covered that, too, by saying the guy wasn't carrying ID. Without the guy having ID on him, it's tough to tell us "who". Besides, the paper usually doesn't tell us "who" pending notification of family.

  If you read the article you would see that the driver had no ID and that the police are asking for information.
