*  And how may I ask will a business owner decide a person is gay. Will there be a part of the law that requires a gay person to notify the owner he or she is gay before being served. Or how about requiring them to wear a rainbow flag on their lapel, since that kind of thing worked out so well in nazi Germany. This kind of law opens the floodgates to all types of discriminatory legislation on religous  grounds. Remember this is not Russia where bigotry is legislated this is the United States Of America. 
*  So, Jeb thinks we should be able to discriminate against other Americans and he wants to be POTUS. The GOP is turning into a bible-thumping hate machine.
