Geez, Boehner-- as far as you're concerned, Obama is damned if he does and damned if he doesn't!

Comment:  More proof that the GOP doesn’t want to do anything, achieve anything, other than to discredit Obama. They listed the employer mandate as a problem that might cause some small businesses to have problems. They WANTED something done about it for those reasons. Obama does it, and now they want to use it as the basis for suing him. There is plainly no winning with the utter, absolute morons running the GOP today. I get why they are using these tactics. What I don’t get is how people haven’t caught on to their BS yet.

John Boehner to Sue President Obama Over Unilaterally Delaying Employer Mandate
By Janet Shan, July 10, 2014

The GOP clown car just keeps on rolling….Just when you think Congressional Republicans couldn’t sink any lower with their obstructionist tactics, House Speaker John Boehner just outdid himself. He now plans to sue President Obama for not imposing the employer mandate of the Affordable Care Act fast enough. Yes, fast enough. But wait, didn’t we have a government shutdown led by Teabagger Sen. Ted Cruz over defunding Obamacare? You can’t make this stuff up:
House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) on Thursday revealed that he plans to sue President Barack Obama for his unilateral delay of the Obamacare employer mandate.

The Speaker unveiled a two-page bill that he plans to advance through the House, declaring a right of action to sue the president for exceeding his authority.

“Today we’re releasing a draft resolution that will authorize the House to file suit over the way President Obama unilaterally changed the employer mandate,” Boehner said in a statement. “In 2013, the president changed the health care law without a vote of Congress, effectively creating his own law by literally waiving the employer mandate and the penalties for failing to comply with it. That’s not the way our system of government was designed to work. No president should have the power to make laws on his or her own.”
