Walker is a Wisconsin disgrace but will become a "national disgrace" only if we fall for his bs and vote him into national office!

COMMENTS:
*  Walker is just another uneducated hick that that serves his masters obediently.. the Koch brothers.  He is running for President because polls have already shown that he can't win another Governors race in Wisconsin.
*  The Republicans own everything in Wisconsin including all the radio, tv stations, and newspapers. There are no credible sources of information in Wisconsin. We're owned by the Koch brothers and other billionaires like John Menard. And they all support Walker.
*  Even just a glance at economic metrics in Wisconsin tells a story of stifled job growth, ballooning deficits, and a shrinking middle class.  When looking for reasons why Walker may have failed so miserably at creating jobs in Wisconsin, the obvious place to look would be his flagship job creation agency: The Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC). WEDC, which Walker chaired, gave out taxpayer-funded loans to hundreds of companies in the hopes of spurring growth. But the jobs Walker promised never materialized. Instead, in an epic display of mismanagement, WEDC lost track of millions of dollars in loans, gave awards to ineligible businesses, and has generally been a poor steward of taxpayers’ money.
*  When the Republicans get tired of Trump, they will be looking for another jerk- Walker will be there to take on that title
*  I'm not convinced ... But I can see that destroying unions will result in pay cuts, and, with less money to spend, consumers will provide less fuel for the economy.  Conservatives may say, "That's fine. Those savings now go to the rich, and they're the job creators." But why hire more workers when aggregate demand is declining? That part I still don't get. Still, if calling someone a socialist makes you feel better, please keep doing it.
*  More great "conservative" rationale.  If a candidate looks good, vote for them.  If your network news reader is a bubble-headed bleach blonde in a short skirt, watch that network by all means.  Don't pay any attention to what the GOP has done to our country since Reagan, in terms of wars, debt, terrorist attacks, and bad laws.

Labor-union chief has six-word statement on Scott Walker’s presidential campaign
By Robert Schroeder, July 13, 2015

“Scott Walker is a national disgrace.”

That’s the extent of the statement Monday from AFL-CIO President Richard Trumka on the entry by Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker into the presidential race. It apparently summed up the labor chief’s feelings about the Republican who’s best known for clashing with public-sector unions.

The reason for the butting of heads between labor and the Badger State’s governor: Walker led the fight in 2011 to end most collective-bargaining rights for Wisconsin’s government workers. That clash with public-sector unions led to a recall election — a contest that Walker won.

Walker, who announced his candidacy Monday morning, is viewed as a top-tier GOP contender for 2016. He’s second in the RealClearPolitics average of national polls, behind Jeb Bush.

It’s not just labor ripping him on Monday but the Democratic front runner, Hillary Clinton, as well. Giving an economic-policy speech in New York, the former secretary of state name-checked just three Republican rivals: Bush, Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida and Walker. “Republican governors like Scott Walker have made their names by stomping on workers’ rights,” Clinton said.
