"The Whore of Babblin' On" (no, not She-Who this time)

....................................
Here's another one from "Madam Malaprop".... I thought I'd heard most of them-- guess not! Be sure to read the comments on this item.... some of them are really, really good, such as "The Whore of Babblin' On". [snort] Another comment, made after somebody excused Palin by saying that she must have meant "squeamish": "just a guess, I think a squeamish is a female squirmish".

Sarah Palin Wonders Aloud if Libya Action is a "Squirmish"

Madam Malaprop, thy name is Sarah Palin. Whether by design or accident, she never fails to drop some tidbit that sends the idiocy scale off the charts. Called in by Fox News to deconstruct President Obama's speech, she wonders aloud whether the Libya action is a war, an intervention or a "squirmish".

The balance of her "opinion" is to be expected, but at the end, just after the "squirmish" drop, she goes on some weird tangent about the North Star and how it's a guide.

Just imagine this woman as your President. What a nightmare.

Also, the included video shows Palin at an angle very similar to how Bachmann was photographed and with some equally unflattering facial expressions. With that in mind, Bachmann should stop complaining! LOLOL

Sunday afternoon I spoke with my 90 year old aunt, a retired teacher in the Midwest who is sharp as a tack, and read this item to her. I thought she was going to bust a gut laughing! Then she got indignant about the thought of Palin, or for that matter, any of the current crop of Republicans or pseudo-Republicans, in the White House. She also told me that to her great sorrow, she had voted for Nixon, even though she knew that there was something about him that just seemed "off".... since that election, she has never again voted for a Republican! :-)

Nixon had that effect on my parents, too. Don't believe they ever voted for a Republican after that, either.

More people should be as sharp as your aunt, Anon.
