Trump is just being stupid.

COMMENTS:
*  Trump is all bluff and bluster on an ego trip (and probably having a good laugh at how gullible his supporters are). He'll show up, pay or no pay.
*  Looks like a "lose" for Trump, even though he's so demented he'll never admit it. If he cares so much about the Wounded Warriors, why doesn't he just cut them a check for $5M as a personal donation instead of all his grandstanding? Hmm, sounds like most of what he says....pure B.S.
*  Thank you, Mr. Zucker. I believe those seeking political office are supposed to pay for advertising.
*  All these thunder head debaters should be paying CNN for air time, after all, the Don doesn't rent Trump Tower out for free.
*  CNN should demand Trump pay $10 million or more, Trump would pay anything to get on the debate. Trump is a narcissist who resents every second of attention not given to him. A man that selfish should not be President. It is a sickness that can't be cured and it is dangerous to have a man like that running a Nation. Put him in a room and it has to be all about him only. He will not allow other views and share a debate. Only a megalomaniac destroys his brand for attention and can not be put in a position where he can destroy the American Brand.
*  Just who does Captain Clown Shoes think he is?

Jeff Zucker Fires Back at Donald Trump: CNN Doesn’t Pay Candidates to Debate
By Jordan Charlton, December 3, 2015

Jeff Zucker responded on Thursday to Donald Trump’s demand he be paid $5 million to appear in CNN’s GOP debate on Dec. 15.

“We do not pay candidate to appear at debates,” Zucker said at a breakfast event on Thursday in New York City.

The network chief also defended CNN’s coverage of the real estate mogul, which TheWrap reported his own staff finds obsessive.

“I don’t think it’s our role to take a point of view,” Zucker said to BuzzFeed editor-in-chief Ben Smith.

“It’s our role to report what he does. It’s not our role to build up a campaign or take down a campaign. It’s our role to be skeptical.”

When Smith said Trump’s running a “demagogic” campaign, Zucker responded, “that’s your opinion.”
