"...the conservative-leaning Wall Street Journal editorial board is so fed up with him that it wrote a scathing takedown of the candidate on Monday."

COMMENTS:
*  The Democrats will be the beneficiaries of Trump's idiocy and they don't have to manage anything. They just need to sit back and wait. while Trump and the GOP implodes.
*  Tell it Barney! Every time Trump opens his mouth he alienates a new constituency. So far he has alienated latinos, women, and veterans. Who's next? All of you who support Trump better look out it could be you he insults next.
*  Just remember, when the going gets tough, The Donald goes bankrupt.
*  The self-serving Trump and his minions are a true mockery of America's Presidential campaign process. The staged controversy of Trump's social media manifesto in the form of his tantrums and dramatics barely exceed the maturity level of a five year old. If the Bush Administration served to dumb down America then Trump is taking the dumb down process to another level. We are living in times which could see the end of 20th Century War and the beginning of 21st World Peace I. There is a lot of work to done but whittle Trump would rather waste time wailing on John McCain.
*  People people people...the only rapist and thief here is the Donald. He raped and stole from every company and creditor he had not once but four times while keeping all the profits. He now wants to manage and have access your tax dollars so he can rape and steal from the American public. I would't trust that guy with the contents of my septic tank.
*  Barney is not wrong. Republicans lost the last 2 presidential elections in landslides because they went too far Right....and the first thing we see in the early stages of the 2016 election is Donald Trump dragging the Republicans again to the far Right. Republicans might as well save themselves time by just replaying the candidates' speeches in the last 2 elections: they are the same thing!

Barney Frank has a one-line zinger to sum up Donald Trump's candidacy
By Portia Crowe, July 20, 2015

Real-estate magnate Donald Trump has said some pretty controversial things since he announced in June that he was running for president.

The Republican candidate's comments on topics including Mexican immigrants and the military record of Sen. John McCain (R-Arizona) have landed him in hot water with members of his own party.

Democrats, on the other hand, have been relishing how Trump has grabbed attentionand leads in numerous polls for the GOP nomination.

One former Democratic congressman has neatly summed up the real-estate mogul's effect on the 2016 race — and the Democratic sentiment about his run.

Speaking with Business Insider on Monday, former Rep. Barney Frank (D-Massachusetts) said, "I never thought that we Democrats would be as lucky as we are to have him running for president as a Republican."

Business Insider spoke with Frank on the eve of the fifth anniversary of the Dodd–Frank Wall Street reform law, the landmark financial-reform legislation, being signed into law.

Trump said during an event in Iowa over the weekend that McCain was "not a war hero." He promptly reversed course, saying McCain was a "war hero because he was captured." Most Republican candidates have condemned Trump's initial statement regarding McCain, who was captured and tortured during the Vietnam War.

But so far Trump has managed to remain at or near the top of polls, which could be damaging for the Republican Party. Republican leaders have already urged him to tone down his rhetoric. And the conservative-leaning Wall Street Journal editorial board is so fed up with him that it wrote a scathing takedown of the candidate on Monday.
