COMMENTS:
*  This man is the one who is sick. His own wife has not been happy with his comments. What he says and how he acts tells you he's a jerk. God help this country if he was to win.
*  He's either obsessed with her or even thinner skinned that I thought he was.
*  This is his way of courting, I'm sure. The man thinks if he berates her long enough she'll swoon under his tactics. He has absolutely no respect for women.
*  I gained a lot respect for Megyn Kelly after she destroyed Cheney.
*  fox news just fell into his trap.. he is a troll who wants them to pay him attention. this is free media for him and his way to beat up on an attractive/intelligent female and get away with it.
*   Well after all , Trump IS mentally ill ...................................................................................................................................................................
Fox News Fires Back at Trump; Calls His "Obsession" With Megyn Kelly "Sick"
By Ryan Parker, March 18, 2016

Following days of GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump disparaging Fox News host Megyn Kelly, the network fired back on Friday.

“Donald Trump’s vitriolic attacks against Megyn Kelly and his extreme, sick obsession with her is beneath the dignity of a presidential candidate who wants to occupy the highest office in the land,” the statement read in part. “Megyn is an exemplary journalist and one of the leading anchors in America — we’re extremely proud of her phenomenal work and continue to fully support her throughout every day of Trump’s endless barrage of crude and sexist verbal assaults.”

The response follows days of comments the billionaire businessman has made over social media, the final straw for the network apparently being Trump’s Friday afternoon tweet in which he called for a boycott of Kelly’s show, as well as referring to her as “sick."
Everybody should boycott the @megynkelly show. Never worth watching. Always a hit on Trump! She is sick, & the most overrated person on tv.

"As the mother of three young children, with a successful law career and the second highest rated show in cable news, it’s especially deplorable for her to be repeatedly abused just for doing her job,” Fox News said in its statement.

The host of The Kelly File has been in Trump’s crosshairs since the first Fox News GOP primary debate, which took place in early August.

Kelly, a co-moderator for the event, asked Trump right off the bat about sexist comments he has made in the past.

Following that event, Trump criticized Kelly in interviews and over social media, which all came to a head when the second Fox News debate came around. Trump demanded Kelly not be a part of the debate because he claimed she was biased against him.

He ended up skipping that debate.

However, Trump did attend the recent third Fox News debate where he was very polite to Kelly. Yet, the peace did not last long. Soon after the event, Trump once again was criticizing Kelly in interviews and over social media because she, in his opinion, was having guests on her show who did not talk about his candidacy or poll numbers favorably.

A request for comment from the Trump campaign was not immediately returned.
