A Seattle news reporter interviewed active and retired soldiers about the ruling.
An active duty soldier said having an openly gay soldier showering with the rest of his unit while on deployment would make him very uncomfortable. Wanna bet that he would change his tune if that same gay soldier was a sharpshooter who had just taken out a terrorist trying to kill the entire unit?
A retired Marine said it was about time because it was very unfair to expect gay or lesbian soldiers to deny vital parts of their lives.
Sidrat, I bet even the devil is enjoying the ice! LOL
