What did you expect? Honesty? Objectivity? Not from the NRA!
The NRA is uncompromisingly one-dimensional when it comes to guns. In fact, when there is a conflict between the right to "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness" and the right to bear arms (as there inevitably and all to frequently is), their view is that the person with the gun always wins.
Their recent effort to protect the right to bear arms for individuals on the Terrorist Watch List should tell you all you need to know about the NRA.
