Limited free speech here?

The Olympian is at it again– removing comments posted on today’s LTEs (see below... and these are just some that I’ve been able to confirm have been removed). Judge for yourself as to whether there’s actually anything wrong with the removed comments (other than somebody doesn't want Anya and Larry to have the right to free speech).

That's pretty funny,Martin. Now I'm only going by what I read in the paper, but near as I can tell Tea Baggers don't hold much stock in book-learnin'. They just need those checks to keep commin'.

"If your going to live in this country at least learn the language and help save millions of dollars"

Fodder for a TEA Party sign.

Robarton is attacking the President during war. That is treasonous.

No....you enjoy Republicmussen also.

Brown IS better than his opponent. A candidate that takes vacation two weeks before the election doesn't deserve the seat.

Meanwhile Brown is an example of how the GOP takes advantage of the low information voter. Brown is the color of the streak inside Kennedy's....oh nevermind.

Oh, I just got a bit too provocative for them

The brown streak must have hit a nerve.

I guess The Olympian can't stand the irony of "your" being misused in a statement about learning to speak the language.

The "treasonous" bit...well....everytime anyone said a word about Bush it was treasonous to speak against a president during wartime.

The Olympian is still wiping egg off their collective faces for the "death threat" complaint. I can't blame them. I'd be embarrassed also if I were taken by a stooge.

It sounded like the natural flow of dialogue, which Tammy said they encourage, what with the lead letter all about the TEA'ers, And if they didn't get the pay on words with the brown thing.......oh well!

Ya know, I just got done reading a very heartfelt message from one of the sons of the 82 year old man that got hit while riding his bicycle...

IV didn't offer condolences..

Nor did Glenn..
or Cheeseburger..

Or many other people for that matter....

..kinda makes you wonder where your priorities are....

(I'd like to think we try to be better than that..)
