A "survey" in Chronline.com shows Denny Heck with only 9% of the vote and David Hedrick with over 70% of the vote. They didn't disclose how many readers had participated.
I see a good/bad or "ying/yang" on this:
Lewis County voters would rather have a nobody, whose only claim to fame was hollering at Brian Baird than a pro like Heck. Hell, I'd even understand if they could pull up a qualified candidate like Jaime Herrera, but Herrera was pulling about the same as Heck.
Incredibly low information voting for someone that would be laughed out of Washington DC on his first day in office, IF he was really elected.
Now we know why they can't fix their flooding problems. The listen to the person that yells the loudest, as opposed to the most talented.
