Kerstetter's monthy defecation

KENNETH E. KERSTETTER; Olympia | • Published November 01, 2010

Coming on the scene in cheerleader style, President Barack Obama captured the attention of a country ready for change. Now, almost two years later, it is quite apparent that there is more to Obama than a charming smile and words of hope and change. Beyond the facade is an agenda, fostered either by a sinister Alinsky-styled attempt to redistribute wealth or by naive incompetence. What originally promised the brightness of better days has morphed into a dark cloud of welfare-unemployment and a debt-strangling future. Reality now overshadows the glow.
Transparency replaced by behind-doors secrecy.

Bipartisanship reduced to intimidation and non-presidential name calling and demonization of opponents.

Greater energy independence deceptively aborted by promise-killing restrictions.

Getting America’s economy back on track thwarted by excluding experienced business entrepreneurs from his administration and by refusing to implement policies to provide long-term certainty.

Belief in the spirit of individualism denied as he surrounds himself with a cadre of radicals — czars and advisers, some of whom have self-disclosed histories of being socialists, communists, Mao praisers, and advocates of eugenic elimination of the weak.

Rejection of lobbyists refuted by offering waivers and by giving plums to supporters — unions, etc.

Constitutional adherence supplanted by political chicanery and class warfare.

Our interests ignored, exemplified by jamming health care down out throats.

As the smoke clears and the mirrors steady, what are we to conclude? Though we would still like to believe in the message we heard, can we honestly continue to be blind to reality?

Congratulations Ken!  You got 55 words out before hitting the Republican buzzword "Alinsky" (I love how you tied "sinister" into it).

Then you really got the spew going with:  "a cadre of radicals — czars and advisers, some of whom have self-disclosed histories of being socialists, communists, Mao praisers, and advocates of eugenic elimination of the weak."

My question is, Ken,.......do you believe the assinine crap you send each month?
