Well, unfortunately, 98507, far too many Americans support Limbaugh at exercising his craft.
If someone eats 30 Oxy-Contin pills a day for years, abuses alcohol, smokes cigars like a chimney, is 100 lbs. overweight and has a soul full of bile, this sounds like a heart attack waiting to happen. It's HOT in Hawaii and I'm sure the climate put a strain on Rush's system. And Pele does not suffer fools gladly.
