The point was that Haley Barbour, a strong Republican, Governor of a gulf coast state, isn't complaining about the Federal Government's role in the BP catastrophe so maybe SondraK should shut the hell up.

Larry, I believe so.
It's just another one of her pieces of fakery-- anything to stir the pot, whether or not she cares one way or the other about the outcome or even really espouses one side over the other.
