Anon, one of my favorite teachers, my 1st grade teacher who later was my psych prof in college, told me "you teach what you are". Rather scary thought, huh?
I would like to hope that he was a better person when was younger and teaching, but the serious character flaws he displays make it hard to be that optimistic.
He is getting really bad! I could turn the other cheek when he just sounded old, but this stuff is too much. I think some senility has set in.
I'm hoping for he's "special ed students" he was more on his game back in the day.

I'm serious when I say that ssuron demonstrates all the characteristics of a retired person that hit the bottle and can't get out.
It's already fine to be gay but some dinosaurs just haven't figured that out yet. The younger the crowd the more excepting they seem to be these days.
Agree w/ you, Larry. And w/ Lost, too. In recent years, I've noticed the word "fag" is rarely heard anymore in the classroom or hallway. Not to say that kids don't throw it out there, but it's not nearly so common. And I've seen openly gay boys genuinely accepted by their non-gay peers. Haven't seen that yet w/ girls, though.
All the great teachers I've known, in service and retired, (and the just plain good ones, too) are lifelong learners, and they encourage students that way, too. For ssuron, it seems like that was never a part of his work ethic.
