Thanks for your explanation of the professionalism of The Olympian. Lui sends me an email requesting that all quotes from The Olympian link to the Olympian, but you cannot exercise the same courtesy.

The only time ThurstonBlog gets mentioned in The Olympian is when The Olympian staff has lost control of the forum and people begin attacking ThurstonBlog and misrepresenting quotes from it. Then I, and others, will correct said forum, since The Olympian Staff has “no time to babysit the forum” Your accusation of “promoting” is as incorrect as the assertion of a piece of sarcasm, by an author as being a “death threat” on ThurstonBlog.


You’ll note I have cc’d one of your corporate contacts. Since they are fairly well cloaked, I had to take the one that was public. It’s a place to start.

You’ll note that all material from The Olympian should be accompanied on ThurstonBlog by the arbitrary link that comes with a copy from The Olympian. I, being a professional and understanding professional courtesy, will post a thread encouraging all authors to make sure the link is attached, should there be any further concern on the part of The Olympian.


Finally, your continued attacks on me will not solve your community relations problems. You’ll note I’m not the only blogger on ThurstonBlog and negative feelings are shared with more people than positive.

I shared this morning’s attack on me by “Hayward” as an opportunity for The Olympian’s staff to get control of the forum before having to shut it down.
